This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using SynthLogix. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because our Service generates synthetic voice and video, consent and authenticity are central. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
1. Purpose
We built SynthLogix for authentic, consent-based personalization — not deception. This policy keeps the platform safe for creators, businesses, and the people who receive their videos.
2. Prohibited content
- Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Hateful, harassing, or threatening content, or content that incites violence.
- Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — strictly forbidden and reported to authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual content.
3. Identity, likeness & deepfake rules
These rules are non-negotiable:
- You must own, or have explicit verifiable consent for, every face and voice you use — including any ambassador, celebrity, or influencer. SynthLogix personalizes the footage you provide; it does not license talent on your behalf.
- No impersonation of real people (public figures included) without their consent.
- No political deception, election manipulation, or fabricated statements attributed to real people.
- No fraud, scams, phishing, or content designed to mislead recipients about identity or authenticity.
4. Anti-spam & outreach consent
If you use Output for outreach, recipients must have opted in as required by applicable law (for example, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, and local regulations). You are responsible for honoring opt-outs and for the lawful basis of any messaging you send.
5. Security & platform integrity
- No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- No scraping, automated abuse, or circumventing rate limits or quotas.
- No sharing API keys publicly or using the Service to build a competing model or service.
6. Enforcement & reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action. To report abuse, email abuse@synthlogix.ai with details.
7. Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Serious violations (such as CSAM or fraud) result in immediate termination.
