Your ambassador footage and customer data are sensitive, and we treat them that way. This page summarizes how we protect the Service and the media you trust us with.
Our approach
Security is built into how we design and operate SynthLogix — least-privilege access, defense in depth, and clear data boundaries. We continuously review our practices as we grow.
Encryption
All traffic to SynthLogix is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest — including your uploaded ambassador footage and generated renders — is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
Infrastructure
We run on reputable cloud providers with hardened, regularly patched environments. Customer workspaces are logically isolated so your content is not accessible to other tenants.
Access controls
Internal access is granted on a least-privilege basis and audited. For developers, API keys are scoped, rotatable, and revocable — you can limit a key to specific campaigns and rotate it at any time without downtime.
Media handling
Source ambassador footage and rendered videos are stored in access-controlled object storage and served through short-lived signed URLs rather than public links. Media is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and according to your retention settings, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Compliance roadmap
We align our practices with GDPR and CCPA, and our SOC 2 program is in progress. If you have specific compliance requirements, contact us and we’ll share current documentation under NDA.
Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@synthlogix.ai with details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure; we won’t pursue good-faith research.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of vetted subprocessors (cloud hosting, TTS and lip-sync vendors, payment processing) bound by data-protection terms. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to request the current list.
